Due to the current situation we are having temporary supply issues, therefore there may be delays in dispatching orders of up to 21 days. When we receive your order we will email you a copy of the order with a scheduled dispatch date, if this delivery date is not acceptable we will issue you a full refund immediately.

To protect our staff currently we are only able to accept orders for our readymade range of frames.

You can place orders for custom made frames, though these will be reviewed by us. If we have stock for your chosen items, we will process your order and email you a dispatch date as normal. If we do not have stock, we will email you a longer dispatch date with the option to cancel the order with a full refund.

During this period of uncertainty our telephone and email systems will not be manned as normal therefore there may be a delay in replying to any enquiries. We will offer a normal service as soon as government departments say it is safe to do so.

Finally, if we are unable to fulfil any orders we will email you to let you know and send you an immediate refund.

Please note: We are currently having supply issues of glass, therefore we may substitute glass with acrylic glazing. Our acrylic is of high quality which is specifically made for picture framing.
